In September of 1991 I began to conduct an on-line course in
symbolic logic on GEnie, General Electric's on-line service.  This is that
course in hypertext format.  I have omitted the comments from people who
followed the course, because everything that anybody writes nowadays is
automatically copyrighted by the author, unless otherwise stated by the
author.  Everything here is copyrighted by me.
